Cottages are 20 by 30 feet.

Occupancy is limited to 4.

More than 4 will incur additional fees.

Rental Fee Information

Rental fee is $63.00 per night, Tax included plus a $60 security deposit with each reservation booked.

*Deposit is not refundable upon cancellation. However, will be returned by mail if there is no damage to the premises or furnishings.
